ADNOC cuts crude allocations for November

The Abu Dhabi National Oil Company has announced 5% to 7% cuts in its crude allocations to clients for November 2011.
According to the statement issued by ADNOC, the allocation of Murban will be reduced by 7% while Lower Zakum, Umm Shaif and Upper Zakum will be cut by 5%.
