A coordinative meeting between Arabic Organization for Industrial Development and Metallurgy and Turkish Ministry for Science and Technology to discuss technical issues and logistic preparations for the Arabic and Turkish Industrial Cooperation Conference.

Recently a coordinative meeting for senior officials in the Arabic Organization for Industrial Development and Metallurgy and Turkish Ministry for Science and Technology was held in the general secretary for Arab States League in Cairo; the organizers of the Turkish and Arabic Industrial Cooperation Conference, this meeting was held to discuss technical issues and logistic preparations related to the conference works and the round table for their Excellencies Industry Ministers in Turkey and Arab countries and the bilateral work meetings between the two sides.

During the meeting they have agreed to: hold the conference between December 6th and 7th 2011 in Istanbul, endorsing the preliminary schedule for the conference and the industrial sectors which will be under scoped during the conference.

The conference comes which is held under the patronage of his Excellency PM Mr Rajab Tayeb Ardogan as an initiative from the Arabic Organization for industrial Development and Metallurgy aiming to elevate the industrial cooperation levels and the trading partnership between the Arab countries and Turkey, providing the opportunity before the industrial, commercial, investing sectors in Turkey and Arab countries to expand the cooperation horizons and to exchange opinions and expertise, benefiting from the privileges of the signed trading treaties between the two sides, also developing the mutual industrial investment especially in the following industrial sectors: chemical and petrochemical industries, new and renewed energy, electrical and electronic, machines manufacturing, iron and steel, infrastructure and building materials, wood, furniture, automotive sector and the feeding industries, nutritive industries, clothing and textile, leather industry, moderate and small enterprises support.

The conference is considered an important industrial event that attracts special attention from Arab countries and Turkey as well, His Excellency Turkish PM will open the conference works also the Trade and Industry ministers in the Arab countries and Turkey besides an elite of Turkish and Arab tradesmen and industrialists.
