
Emirate Business reported that Amana Contracting and Steel Buildings has won a prestigious contract to build Dubai Bank’s branch in Jumeirah.
The AED 28.63 million turnkey contracts involves the construction of the building spread across 6,600 square meters over four levels basement, ground, mezzanine and first levels. The total area of the land is 3,000 square meters.
Mr Mohammed Al Qarout general manager of Amana Special Projects said that “The new Dubai Bank branch in Jumeirah is a landmark project. Once completed, the building will boast of the most modern interactive equipment and security systems required for the bank. The time frame is very crucial and the project is being executed through perfect and stringent planning.” He added that “We have the in house design capabilities that are continuously fed with site experiences for tailored projects such as these. We have a lot of plans in place aimed at our involvement with projects in the commercial and other sectors both within the UAE and across the Gulf.”
Mr Ali A Al Hashimi COO of Dubai Bank said that “We are happy to award this prestigious Jumeirah branch project to Amana which is famed for its quality delivery schedules and regional expertise in constructing iconic buildings in the region. We are confident that this building will also meet world class quality and service standards.”
