Arabtec announced that it has been appointed by Emaar to build 33 new villas and 62 townhouses at its Arabian Ranches complex in Dubai.

The contractor said that the project is expected to take 18 months to complete and will start on site soon.

The company said that Arabtec Holding is with the award and thanks Emaar Properties who are considered one of Arabtec's many important customers.
