
Trade Arabia reported that the work at the BHD 939,875 Arad sewage project is progressing well and is due for completion in August.
The Bahrain Ministry of Works said that the work which began in January involves 92,000 meter long connections with diameters varying from 150 to 600 mm.
Mr Khalifa Al Mansoor Ministry of Works assistant undersecretary for Sanitary Engineering said that the project is part of the Ministry’s Sanitary Engineering National Scheme to upgrade all sewage networks in the Kingdom.
During the visit, Mr Al Mansoor closely examined all works involved in the project, including surveys and TV examination applied to all networks included within phase 1 of the project.
Mr Al Mansoor also emphasized the importance of completing all works involved in the project in time and as per schedule and allocated budget. He was accompanied by the project’s manager and technical team from the Ministry, project’s consultant EM consulting and Frisch & Faust Tifbaa Gmbh in charge of implementing the project.
