
Mehr News Agency reported that Bandar Imam Petrochemical Complex has exported some 1.19 million tonnes of petrochemicals, worth some USD 603 million to 25 countries in the 7 month period which ended October 22nd 2009.
As per report, Italy, England, Armenia, Belgium, China, Syria, Iraq, Afghanistan, Turkey, Saudi Arabia, India, Singapore were the main destination countries for the exported products. Propane, pentane, aromatics, benzene, ethylene are some of the complex’s products.
Bandar Imam Petrochemical Complex’s exports accounted for 21% of National Petrochemical Company’s total exports in the 6 month period which ended September 22nd 2009.
