Reuters reported that South Korean builder Doosan Heavy Industries & Construction had won a KRW 1.27 trillion order to build a power plant in Saudi Arabia by 2013.

Doosan said in a statement that the company and its Saudi Arabian partner BEMCO received a notice of award for the deal and were set to sign a contract with Saudi Electricity Company in October.
