Pearl Dubai FZ LLC a leading real estate developer in the UAE announced that the completion of 50% of the foundation works in the prestigious Dubai Pearl development with the completion of the raft pouring in the South Tower on the project.

The South Tower has a foundation slab which is 3.25 meters thick and 3,072 square meters in total area. Juxtaposed against the 8.07 meters excavation, the dimensions make it a major milestone in the projects construction timeline. The second raft pouring on the project was completed in a record time of 30 hours.

The overall concrete pouring on the project's 4 towers will consist of around 44000 cubic meters of concrete in the foundations containing over 4800 tonnes of steel reinforcements.
