Egyptian General Petroleum offers 15 blocks in latest bid round

State owned Egyptian General Petroleum Corporation said that it is offering 15 blocks in its 2011 oil and gas bid round.
The blocks are located in the Gulf of Suez, the Western Desert, the Eastern Desert and the Sinai sedimentary basins.
An official at the company told Reuters that of the total, three offshore blocks are being offered in the Gulf of Suez while the remaining 12 are all onshore.
