Mr Fayez Abu Kaaud spokesman of the Ministry of Energy and Mineral Resources denied reports of Jordanian Israeli cooperation in the field of solar energy to generate electricity.

Mr Abu Kaaud said that the ministry has nothing about such a project reprehending the promotion of such news without checking its credibility. There were reports about a joint Jordanian Israeli cross border venture to generate 100 MW of electricity from solar energy.
