Erdemir’s 63rd General Meeting was held on March 9th 2010 in Ankara. In the General Meeting Our Company’s 2009 financial results were approved and elections for the Board of Directors and the Audit Committee were conducted.

As Board Members; Mr Fatih Osman Tar, Mr Nihat Karadağ, Mr Dinç Kızıldemir, Mr Arzu Hatice Atik, Mr Fatma Canlı, Mr Ertuğrul Aydın, Mr Oğuz Özgen and as Auditors, Mr Ali Güner Tekin and Mr Ahmet Türker Anayurt were elected for 1 year.

Task distribution occurred in the Meeting of the Board of Directors held following the General Assembly as follows:

2. Mr Nihat Karadag - Deputy Chairman and Managing Director
3. Mr Oğuz Nuri Özgen - CEO and Board Member
