Emirates Business reported that Memon Investments has awarded Eta Melco AED 1.52 million elevator contract for the AED 450 million Champions Tower IV project. This partnership marks the third contract to be awarded by the developer to Eta, following a recent elevator installation agreement for Champions Tower II and III.

The agreement was signed by Mr Rizwan Shaikhani Joint MD of Memon Investments and Mr Ahmed Meeran ED of Eta Melco. It involves the installation of 4 high speed Mitsubishi elevators in the 20 storey tower.

The entire process is to be completed within 20 weeks after the delivery of materials at site and completion of the hoistway. The lifts will incorporate variable voltage, variable frequency technology.

Mr Rizwan Shaikhani said that "Our partnership with Eta Melco underlines our commitment towards ensuring that all the components and processes in the construction are undertaken by market leading construction partners.
