
Trade Arabia reported that International law firm Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer has advised the National Oil and Gas Authority of Bahrain on a long term exploration production sharing agreement with Occidental Petroleum.
Under the transaction, Occidental has committed to a work program as set by Noga for the exploration of gas. The program includes the drilling of exploratory wells to depths in excess of 16,000 feet onshore in the Bahrain Field.
