Mina Al Fajer Real Estate has appointed Intermass Engineering & Contracting to construct its USD 136 million Fairmont branded hotel at its resort project in Dibba of Fujairah.

The Mina Al Fajer Resort resort comprises a marina, five star hotel, sea fronting mountain villas and luxury apartments. The hotel project is expected to take a year to complete.
