Tehran Times cited Mr Mohammad Reza Rahimi first VP of Iran as saying that Iran plans to build 2 power plants in Ecuador.

Mr Rahimi said on the sidelines of his meeting with Mr Lenin Moreno first VP of Ecuador that both sides agreed to expand cooperation in all fields. Iranian experts will soon start building two power plants in that country.

He said that oil cooperation was also discussed during the meeting, as the two countries look to strengthen ties.
