Reuters reported that oil exports have resumed from Iraq's southern Basra terminals with 1.536 million barrels per day shipped out on Monday thanks to better weather.

The source said that one ship started loading late on Sunday and another early on Monday. Bad weather had completely halted oil exports during the day on Sunday as strong winds stopped tankers from leaving the Gulf.
