Iraq oil exports to Turkey still halted
Reuters reported that flows of Iraqi oil by pipeline to Ceyhan port in Turkey remained suspended due to a stoppage of operations at oil pumping stations inside Turkey.
Mr Aasim Jihad an oil ministry spokesman said that "Despite switching crude flow through another line, until now we cannot resume exports because Turkish authorities informed us crude pumping stations are not working due to a lack of electricity."
Exports were suspended after a fire on one of the twin pipelines carrying around 400,000 barrels of oil a day.
