
Izdemir signs agreement to buy dry cargo ship
The Executive Board of Izdemir announced that they signed an agreement to purchase a dry cargo ship named MV D Duckling, worth USD 28.2 million.
The Turkish company signed the purchase agreement with the D Duckling Corporation. The ship will be delivered in November or December.
Izmir Demir Celik Sanayi AS is a subsidiary of Sahin Koc Inc. The company has capital worth TRL 124,500,000 and is also a member of Istanbul Stock Exchange with more than 4,000 small share holders.
