Jordanian Electric Power Company recorded losses worth JOD 5.3 million in the H1 of this year compared to a loss of JOD 385,000 for the same period last year.

The company said in a disclosure posted on the Amman Stock Exchange that the total equity and liabilities amounted to JOD 7.487 million as of the end of June this year compared to JOD 480 million the total equity at the end of last year.

According to the disclosure, the company's bill of energy rose to JOD 204.8 million compared to JOD 196 million last year.
