According to the list of quotes issued by the Jordan Chamber of Industry in cooperation and agreement with local steel mills, rebar quotes in the domestic market have shown a slight increase by JOD 5 during this week. The new prices shall be effective as of April 19th 2010.

The price of rebar tensile 40 ex works free on truck is between JOD 560 per tonne to JOD 574 per tonne without tax. The price reaches JOD 605 per tonne to JOD 620 per tonne when tax on sales is added.

Rebar price tensile 60 ex works is between JOD 565 per tonne to JOD 579 per tonne without tax and JOD 610 per tonne to JOD 625 per tonne after adding the tax.
