The tremors of Dubai debacle groaning under a debt burden of USD 80 billion subsided with lightening speed as far as the steel markets are concerned, as major gains were reported last week.
The Middle East Long Product Price Index MLPPI increased by 114 points whereas the Middle East Flat Products Index MFPPI surged by 142 points. The overall price index Middle East MEASPI gained 122 points.
