The steel price movement in various regions in MEA reflected severe weakness in long products. On the other hand stockiest tried to hike prices of plates and CR/HDG.
The Middle East Long Product Price Index MLPPI has gone down by 129 points last week whereas the Middle East Flat Products Index MFPPI is went up by 81 points. The overall price index Middle East MEASPI declined by 65 points.
