Mr Asim Jihad spokesman of oil ministry disclosed that the Cabinet decided to form a committee to study the oil crisis between the center and the Kurdish region.

He said that the ministry of oil is the only authority to administer the oil treasure and no one has the right to export Iraqi oil except for Iraqi oil exporting company.

The formed committee will hold its meetings to discuss the oil crisis between Baghdad and Arbil in all its aspects.

The expected topics to be discussed shall be oil fuels, extracted and exported crude oil and the payment of the companies working in the Kurdish region.
