Gulf News reported that Oman will be a significant growth market amidst landmark infrastructure developments in the country.
According to a press release issued, Ducab is set for expansion that will help the UAE Company to offer products unmatched by local manufacturers.
The response at the Interiors & Buildex 2010 exhibition held in Muscat earlier this week has boosted the confidence for Ducab.
Mr Chew Wah Tan GM of sales and marketing at Ducab said that the biggest beneficiary of this year's budget is going to be the infrastructure sector, whether it is for roads, buildings or engineering fields. Whatever the project is, new power demands will invariably be part of the solution.
Chew's remarks come at a time when government spending is set to increase by 12% from 2009 to an estimated OMR 7.18 billion in 2010.
