Aswat Aliraq reported that the Petrodollar revenues of southern Iraq's Basra Province for the year 2011 have reached USD 1.009 billions approximately.

A Basra Province Council's source said that "The annual Petrodollar allocations by the Finance Ministry for Basra Province for the year 2011 have reached USD 1.009 billion approximately."

It added that the amount received from the Finance Ministry has reached IQD 687.1 billion, received on three payments till now.
