Petrofac, a leading oil and gas facilities service provider, has announced that Mr David Evans has joined Petrofac Training Services as the global head of emergency response and crisis management.

Mr Evans will be responsible for growing the business in the Middle East, Africa and Central Asia, Americas and Asia Pacific regions in terms of new service lines and new customers.

Previously, Mr Evans was the managing director of Link Associates International. He joined the firm part of the US Seacor Group in 1991 and has been the MD since 2001.
