Qatar Petrochemical and Sumitomo sign ethylene sales contract

It is reported that Qatar Petrochemical Company a joint venture between Industries Qatar and Total Petrochemical Company of France has signed an Ethylene Sales Contract with Sumitomo Corporation of Asia.
The contract's value is estimated at USD 23.4 million and QAPCO will supply 36,000 million tonnes of ethylene until the end of 2009.
