Sweett Group, the international property and infrastructure professional services consultancy listed on the London Stock Exchange continues to strengthen its presence and service offering in the Middle East through the opening of a new office in Riyadh. The Group's new office in the capital city of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia will provide a foundation for the Group to continue to grow its operations in one of the region's most vibrant and fastest growing economies.

Previously operating under the Cyril Sweett brand, the Group has been present in the Middle East since 2001. During the past 10 years, the Group has delivered projects for a range of international and domestic clients such as Aldar, Mubadala, Khalifa Bin Zayed Al Nahyan Foundation, Tameer, DCAA, Solidere, SODIC, TDIC and the Al Badie Group.

Amongst the group's portfolio of current iconic projects across the Middle East is the prestigious Capital Market Authority headquarters, the focal point of the King Abdullah Financial District in Riyadh. Sweett Group is providing project management services for the construction of the tallest building currently under construction in the Kingdom which will soar some 400 meters above grade once completed.
