Arabian Business reported that work on Tameer Holding Investment’s twin tower 28 storey project, The Imperial Residence is continuing at pace with 22 floors on each tower complete.

The developer said in a statement that based in Dubai’s Jumeirah Village South, the development will house 510 apartments as well as a number of amenities and retail units.

Mr Federico Tauber president of Tameer said that “It gives us true pleasure to announce that the work in progress at The Imperial Residence is moving forward as scheduled.”

He said that construction activities are advancing on both towers where floor slabs have been cast up to level 22. Podium works block work and internal activities are also progressing simultaneously on the lower floors. He added that the remaining construction was progressing as planned.
