The World Petroleum Exhibition being held in parallel to the 20th World Petroleum Congress next month in Doha promises to become a major attraction for trade visitors.
The organizing committee said that the exhibition from December 4th to 8th 2011 has been sold out for months and will be held at the Qatar National Convention Centre. The expo will be an opportunity for trade visitors to keep abreast of the most advanced technology and service solutions in the world today.
The exhibitors represent the top echelon of companies in the world. Neste Oil will profile its NExBTL renewable aviation fuel which is based on Neste Oil's proprietary technology. The ASTM approved fuel offers airlines an easy and effective solution for reducing greenhouse gas emissions.
Neste Oil became the first oil company to supply premium-quality renewable aviation fuel for scheduled regular daily flights in summer 2011 when Lufthansa began using NExBTL on one of its routes in Germany. NExBTL renewable aviation fuel technology won the Biofuels Technology of the Year award in October 2011.
