According to the statistics provided by Turkey's Steel Exporters Association, in November this year Turkey's rebar exports amounted to 633,792 tonnes increasing by 44.3% YoY but down 3.8% from the previous month. Meanwhile the revenue generated by these exports totaled USD 430.9 million rising by 66.55% compared to November 2010 and down 7.3% from the previous month of this year.
On the other hand, in the first 11 months of the current year Turkey's rebar exports stood at 6.5 million tonnes up 13% YoY while the total revenue of these exports amounted to USD 4.5 billion increasing by 37.2% as compared to January to November 2010.
In January to November period this year, Turkey's rebar exports to the UAE the largest rebar export destination of Turkey increased by only 1.9% while rebar exports to Singapore increased by 154.1% both compared to the same period last year.
