It is reported that Turkey's wire producer has cut their February 2012 production's export wire price by USD 20 per tonne because of the dropping scrap cost and the weak market demand and they wish to catch buyers' attention by this action.

The market news from Turkey said that the wire product deal price is USD 665 to USD 670 per tonne (FOB Turkish main port) in which to be lower than previous level by USD 685 to SUD 690 per tonne FOB.

United States, Middle East and North Africa are still the major export markets for the wire products from Turkey.
