It is reported the Azerbaijani state run oil company, SOCAR, has constructed a new pipeline to transfer gas from the Caspian Sea field of Behar.

The 66.6 kilometer pipeline will transfer gas from Behar field to Azerbaijan's Neft Daslari gas and oil field. The pipeline can transfer eight million cubic meters of gas a day from Gunesli oil and gas field to Azerbaijan's Caspian shore.

The project was implemented by McDermott, an American contractor.
