Ukraine steel pipe production in 8 months down by 6% YoY

Ukrainian Journal reported that Ukraine reduced steel pipe production 6.1% YoY in January to August to 1.719 million tonnes, including 208,000 tonnes in August.

According to the report, the Khartsyzsk mill, one of Ukraine's biggest producers, was mainly responsible for the overall drop in production. Production decline there is still considerable, although the gap with last year is being bridged gradually.
