Change of guard at Inprom

It is reported that the Inprom’s board of directors at its session recently took a decision to convene an extraordinary General Shareholders' Meeting on October 10th 2008 to discuss early termination of office of Mr Igor Konovalov and appointment of a new GD.

Mr Roman Shevchenko, the company's IT Director since 2005, was appointed acting GD for the period September 3rd 2008 to October 10th 2008.

Mr Igor Konovalov is set to take up the post of board chairman to focus on strategic management of the company.
