Indian Metals & Ferro Alloys Limited has announced that the Hon'ble High Court of Orissa at Cuttack, by an order made on May 20th 2009 has directed that a meeting of the Equity Shareholders and Secured Creditors of the Company will be held on June 30th 2009 for the purpose of considering and if thought fit, approving with or without modifications, the Scheme of Arrangement between Indian Metals and Ferro Alloys Limited and Utkal Manufacturing & Services Ltd and their respective shareholders and creditors.
