It is reported that Jiuquan Steel has bended itself in developing quality steel plates since the beginning of this year and makes big improvement.
As per report, Jiuquan Steel focused on the development of Q235C, Q235D, Q235E steel plates for wind power projects, and X60 pipeline steel. After nearly 4 months the mill produced 16,000 tonnes of plates in April and 16,800 tonnes in May.
The statistics showed that Jiuquan Steel yielded 41,000 tonnes of quality steel in May, taking up 61.2% of the monthly outputs and accumulatively churned out 185,500 tonnes of quality steel in the first five months occupying 44.77% of the total both of the percentages hit the record high.
