Yalian Steel Corporation said that Ms Iris Duan, who has served as the company's CFO since December 2008 has stepped down effective June 30th 2009 for personal reasons and it has appointed Mr George Dorin as the acting CFO to replace her effective July 2nd 2009.
Most recently, Mr Dorin has been providing corporate finance and financial management advisory services to various industrial companies through his own firm CANUS Capital Corporation.
