Shanxi Taigang stainless steel export reaches 10,000 tonnes in July

China's Shanxi Taigang Stainless Steel Co Limited has exported stainless steel of nearly 10,000 tonnes in July 2009, which was the first time for Taigang to reach almost 10,000 tonnes in export volume since 2009.
According to the statistics from the customs, Taigang exported stainless steel of 9,627 tonnes in July, up by 40% MoM. Hot rolled stainless steel products accounted for 44.22% of total export volume.
Although it seems well from the statistics of July, the export volume still suffered a drop of 70% as compared to the same period last year. It is estimated that it will still need a rather long time for the foreign demand to recover completely.
