GMR Infrastructure updates on GMR Kamalanga Energy

GMR Infrastructure Ltd has announced that GMR Kamalanga Energy Ltd a subsidiary of the Company's wholly owned subsidiary Company GMR Energy Ltd is developing 1050 MW coal based power project at Kamalanga Village at Dhenkanal District in Orissa.
Further the Company has informed that a Share Subscription and Shareholders Agreement has been entered amongst GMR Kamalanga Energy Ltd, GMR Energy Ltd, India Infrastructure Fund and Infrastructure Development Finance Company Ltd on September 29th 2009.
As per the SHA, IDFC and India Infrastructure Fund have agreed to subscribe to 20% of the equity share capital of GMR Kamalanga Energy Ltd.
