YUSCO to raise stainless steel export prices

MetalBiz reported that Taiwan's Yieh United Steel Corporation has announced a price rise of USD 60 tonne USD 100 per tonne for stainless steel exports in the second half of October.
The company's domestic prices remained unchanged, but a rise of TWD 1,500 per tonne is expected in November.
The price rise is triggered by higher nickel prices. LME nickel price rebounded by 2.1% to USD 18,500 per tonne. Market participants are carefully watching the current market trends.
