McNally Bharat fixes book closure for dividend and AGM

McNally Bharat Engineering Company Ltd has informed BSE that the Annual General Meeting of the Company will be held on November 23rd 2009.

The Register of Members & Share Transfer Books of the Company will remain closed from November 16th 2009 to November 23rd 2009 for the purpose for payment of Dividend, if approved in the aforesaid AGM.

In this context, the Company has informed that, the Registrar of Companies, West Bengal have granted time extension of 3 months for holding the AGM by virtue of Section 166 vide letter dated September 10th 2009
