Slowdown signs - DLF may scrap 270 row houses project in Bangalore
Wednesday, 21 Oct 2009

DLF is unlikely to go ahead with its decision to develop 270 row houses spread over 38 acre a part of the company’s large development project coming up at Jigani Industrial Area in Bangalore at a proposed investment of INR 300 crore.

The row houses project form a part of the Phase I of the INR 1,000 crore development plan and expected to take off early next year. Each row house is likely to cost between INR 7 million to INR 8 million.

DLF will focus on mid-income homes and commercial complexes with deferment of high-margin launches in luxury homes and retail space.
