HCC bags INR 167 crore water supply project in Gujarat

HCC a leading construction, real estate and infrastructure company, has bagged INR 167.67 crore engineering procurement construction contract for the 62.28 kilometer long water supply scheme from Sonaria to Kesaria by Gujarat Water Infrastructure Ltd.
The project that aims to transmit 124.42 million liters per day enroute rural areas with over 100 villages in Rajula and Una taluka of Amreli and Junagadh district will be completed in 18 months time.
Water will be drawn from Narmada Main Canal at Kadiali and will be carried through pipeline to Sonaria near Veeraval. HCC will construct a reservoir each at Kesaria and Veeraval and a 62.28 kilometer pipeline connecting these two reservoirs.
