Russian ferrous metallurgy output to slump 7pct in 2009 - Mr Andrei

Interfax citing Mr Andrei Dementyev Deputy Industry and Trade Minister of Russia as saying that Russian ferrous metallurgy sector output could plummet approximately 7% this year.
Mr Dementyev said this would not be such a bad result.
