Voestalpine aims to reduce debt and sees no acquisition targets

voestalpine AG said that it wants to reduce net gearing to 50% to 70% within 3 years.
It added that it will not make a decision about new black sea steel plant in the next 5 years and there are not many attractive acquisition targets at the moment.
