Cliffs seeks approval to develop Koolyanobbing operation

Cliffs Natural Resources Inc is seeking approval to develop a new iron ore deposit as part of its Koolyanobbing operation in Western Australia.
Cleveland-based Cliffs said that the satellite iron ore mine at Windarling Range will use existing infrastructure. It said that Australian government seeking environmental approval. The development will not affect threatened species at the site.
