Advent Energy Limited presents online at the NSW Miners Explorers Series held by NSW Trade and Investment on November 14th 2011. Presenting on behalf of Advent Energy is executive director Mr David Breeze.

Mr David has extensive experience in transaction structuring, corporate advisory and funding for listed and unlisted companies and has held executive, consulting and or board positions across a range of stock broking companies in Australia including Daiwa Securities, Eyres Reed McIntosh and BNZ North's.

Mr David Breeze has provided capital raising, valuation and corporate advisory services for a wide ranging group of resources companies including Independent Experts reports for asset valuation under the provisions of the Australian Stock Exchange Rules and Corporations Law. The advisory function included advice on corporate structure, ASX listing rules and the structuring and running of IPO's. He has also published in the Australian Securities Industry Journal on resource valuation.

Mr David has worked on the structuring, capital raising and public listing of over 80 companies involving in excess of AUD 250 million. These capital raisings covered a diverse range of areas including oil and gas, gold, biotechnology and manufacturing.

Mr David Breeze is chairman of Grandbridge Limited, a publicly listed investment and advisory company and also an executive director of BPH Corporate Limited and MEC Resources Limited.
