Afferro Mining Inc has issued 68,687 new common shares in the Company to be admitted to trading on the AIM market of the London Stock Exchange. Application will also be made for listing on the TSX Venture Exchange.

The Common Shares are being issued pursuant to an exercise of options by Adventure Capital Partners, an entity controlled by Guy Pas, a Non-Executive Director of the Company, 39,250 options have been exercised at a price of CAD 0.25 and 29,437 have been exercised at a price of CAD 0.51.

These shares are covered by the existing blocklisting, announced on September 23rd 2011. The new Common Shares will rank pari passu with the Company's existing Common Shares. Following issue of the new Common Shares, the total issued share capital of the Company will be 104,003,387 Common Shares, all of which have voting rights.
