Alpha Natural Resources Inc may see its stock rise as its CEO said he sees an increase in demand for metallurgical coal.
Mr Michael Quillen chairman & CEO of Alpha Natural told Reuters that demand for metallurgical coal has raised because there has been increased steel production, which will eventually lead to higher average coal prices in 2010, benefiting Alpha Natural Resources.
